Ann graduated in art and design from Edinburgh College of Art in 1981, specialising in jewellery. Having been trained in traditional metalworking techniques, she found herself drawn more and more to pattern and colour. Following a short course in London, Ann started working with anodised aluminium which she prints and dyes before forming into unique pieces of jewellery.

Ann’s inspiration comes from the intricate patterns in nature that surround her on the beautiful Cowal Peninsula.
