Jillian was born in Glasgow and grew up in different cities in Central and Eastern Europe. However, it was Jillian’s return to Scotland and its beautiful natural landscape which inspired her paintings. Jillian currently resides in the West End of Glasgow.

Her love of the outdoors and passion for the West of Scotland’s craggy beauty, contrasting the softness of the water and skies has inspired her art. Jillian uses the thick texture of oils and a bold, modern colour palette to capture many of Scotland’s best love views.
