Ruth’s path to jewellery design started at Glasgow School of Art, where she was fortunate enough to study alongside inspiring, and now established, artists. After graduating with a degree in painting and drawing Ruth enjoyed working on a number of illustrator and art projects. Since her first night class in jewellery, she knew that she had found something to inspire her. Ruth loves making silver and gold into jewellery.

Ruth feels that jewellery should make a statement and that personality, culture and aesthetics can all be expressed through your choice of jewellery. Jewellery should be part of you – part of your outfit – giving you confidence and pleasure when worn. Jewellery should delight and excite.
