Having spent over two decades living in London, Joan Fleming developed a love of architecture, graffiti, and the energy of the city. Since moving to the west coast of Scotland, she has found fresh inspiration in the surrounding landscapes and ever-changing natural colours. Her paintings combine these contrasting worlds — urban and rural, structured and organic — creating work that is expressive, textured, and a little eclectic.
